1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using RelayPost in your Slack workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

RelayPost provides collaborative recurring announcement queues, multi-channel message broadcasting, and scheduling tools designed for Slack teams.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

RelayPost offers a 14-day free trial with unlimited broadcast capabilities. Following the trial, workspaces may continue service on the RelayPost Unlimited plan for a flat $15 USD per month per workspace. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be canceled anytime via the Customer Portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RelayPost to broadcast spam, abusive content, malicious links, or any materials in violation of Slack's Acceptable Use Policy or applicable laws.

5. Service Level and Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but RelayPost is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for delayed broadcasts resulting from Slack API rate limits or third-party outages.

6. Termination

You may terminate your service at any time by uninstalling RelayPost from your Slack workspace.
