RelayPost ("we", "our", or "us") provides a shared announcement and broadcast scheduling service for Slack workspaces. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and securely.

To operate RelayPost, we collect only the minimal data necessary to provide message scheduling:

We do not store or read your regular channel conversation history, private direct messages between team members, or personal contact information outside of Slack user IDs.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Native Mode) in encrypted databases. Slack bot tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM with unique initialization vectors.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

If you uninstall RelayPost from your Slack workspace, your bot tokens are invalidated immediately. You may request total data deletion at any time by contacting support@apricklepear.studio.
